Pepper

Pepper is a 30 pound, 6 year old, neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped mix breed. Pepper is great with other dogs, as long as they are friendly with him, gets along well with cats. Pepper is uncomfortable with very young children, older children are great. Pepper loves to play, he is very young at heart. Pepper enjoys going for a ride in the C-A-R and going for a W-A-L-K and enjoys a good cuddle.
Pepper needs a home who will take the responsiblity for ensuring he will be on good quaility dog food, get regular check ups and vaccinations, regular grooming. Preference will be given to someone with another dog for him to play with and who has a fenced in yard ... or someone with no other pets but plenty of time to spend with him.

Cheyanne
Cheyanne is a 4 month old female Chihuahua mix. She is used to living with another dog and kids. She now needs a new home as her family can no longer care for her. She will most likely be a small doggie when full grown as her mom is not much bigger than her now. If you would like to meet this cutie, drop by the shelter for a visit.

Louie was found in the Lethbridge area. He weighs about 35 lbs and is a friendly guy. Louie's owners have been located but would prefer that we find a new home for him. He is 5 years old and it was suggested that he would be best suited to a home without small children.

This is Zeus! A male, rottie/shep mix who came to us from the Corner Brook Pound. He is a strong doggy but is a very friendly fella! Zeus is a well behaved guy and he loves to play "ball"!

Kelso
We regret to inform our friends that Kelso was humanely euthanized after being involved in a serious incident at the shelter.
This is Kelso, a male brown and black mixed breed who came to us from the Corner Brook Pound. He seems like a friendly guy. Kelso seems to know basic commands. He LOVES toys, especially stuffed animals.

Scamper
Scamper is presently recovering at the vet clinic after a serious incident at the shelter. He is expected to recover but needs time to heal. We are looking for a loving foster home that will provide Scamper with lots of TLC to help him recover from his ordeal. Currently poor Scamper is very withdrawn and scared so we don't think a shelter environment is best for him right now.Scamper's vet bill is already in excess of $400.00 and we would appreciate donations to help defray these costs. Your help is always appreciated!!
Howdy folks, the nice people here called me Scamper. They think I may be around 3 years old but they can't be sure cause I made a long trip from Corner Brook to look for my new furever home. I weigh about 25 lbs but they say I could use a few pounds...lol Give me time...with the great grub they have here, I'll soon fill out. I am a friendly guy who they say listens well. So if you would like a cutie like me, I am all cleaned up and ready to go.

Canon
Canon is a young male beagle that has been returned to the shelter because of a change in his living conditions. He was living with another beagle and has been around children with no problems. He is a friendly guy who is housetrained and crate trained. Sounds like a wonderful guy, don't you think?

Summer
This is Summer. She was found in Hillview by a new tenant who said the dog was lingering on the property. She is a friendly girl who has been seen playing with children. At present she is very thin and extremely dirty. Nothing that some good food and a bath won't soon change. Then she will be ready to find a new home. Do you think you might be interested in this pretty girl?
